Stop All the Clocks is about the story of Haley Wesley, a young Californian mother who caused the accidental death of her baby daughter by forgetting her in the car. Through interviewing her family and community, the film provides an intimate look inside the process of grief when an unthinkable tragedy happens. The film also investigates the reasons and issues behind Forgotten Baby Syndrome and the rising number of forgotten children dying in overheated cars.

Stop All the Clocks has been used in several court cases by the U.S. legal system to testify in favor of parents who have accidentally forgotten and caused the death of their children.
